ViP Currently has $6M ($18M Retail) of SPANX Women's Close Out Apparel for consideration. They are 1st Quality Goods, packaged for Retail Sale.

The Current Terms and Conditions:

• There is a $1M USD minimum order quantity.

• Resale territory is outside of U.S. 50 states.

• Resale channels limited to brick and mortar retailers; no internet.

• Inspection of goods is permitted, but goods will be sold AS IS.

• Payment by wire transfer must be confirmed prior to removal of goods.

• Delivery will be made EXW; Buyer is responsible for removal of goods, including loading and shipping costs, from Seller’s warehouses.

• Buyer is responsible for customs and duty in the Territory.

• Buyer must provide validated airway, ground transport, or seaway bills and all commercial documentation; including commercial invoices and packing lists to seller within 2 weeks of export; Buyer must export the goods within 1 year.

• Goods will be in full case packs and some partial case packs.

• Cartons will have factory label with UPC. There will not be a pick and pack label. 

• Logistics:  FOB Origin, U.S. W/Hs.
